Sorry Paul, but I don’t agree.
A meeting doesn’t make you loose half a days work, it is half a days work. People who think they aren’t working during meetings don’t belong there in the first place.
A more verbose style of programming (think literate or BDD) helps mitigating the problem of not being able to continue work right away.
